Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Presidential endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is smooth. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-

• A wrong product has been delivered
• If the product is received in a broken condition

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or if it is delivered broken, we offer only exchange for the same.

Please note items purchased in any sale is not eligible for any returns or exchanges. No such cases will be entertained by the team.

 Return & Cancellation Process

1. Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the 2 conditions mentioned above.
2. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at ecom@impresidential.in to initiate a return.
3. Please send us 3 images (one of the damaged parts, one of the entire products and one of the shipping box) and an opening video for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the details at ecom@impresidential.in from where our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for exchange/return. 

Please read below details of exchange/return carefully before placing the order.

1. We offer only exchange of the product and no returns.

2. In case of refund, if decided by the team, the shipping charges will not be refunded as the team is paying for the forward and return delivery both.

3. In case of exchange, the team will be sharing a return label with the customer that needs to be pasted over the old label for a smooth return process.

 

Prepaid Returns - 

If an order is placed through prepaid order and it is not delivered due to customer's non availability as per the SOP of the delivery company and the customer wants return then no shipping charges will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy – After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Points to remember – Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, bar codes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.  The product should be unused and in the original condition.

RETURN DELIVERIES

Please note if a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, we will no longer entertain any COD orders from the same customers as we bear the forward and return delivery charges in that case and we appreciate customers who value it. The system automatically blacklists the customer once the COD order is returned after confirming over WhatsApp/call.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery.

In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at ecom@impresidential.in or at +91 91366 85323 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it. Please note the customer will need to pay extra delivery charges in case he wants the delivery to attempted again after the product has been returned to us. If the order is prepaid and customer does not accept/want the delivery after it is been dispatched, no amount will be refunded.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally and the average delivery timeline is 10-15 days after the order is confirmed.
